Our Team

MEET OUR TEAM

Our team is comprised of world changers from all over set out to be on the Frontline’s making a difference in Jesus name!

JAMES FLORES
SERVANT / CEO

James Flores is the CEO of Frontline Missions.  He and his wife, Brenda, started the ministry in 2011 after hearing God’s call to unite the body of Christ (Christians) out on the mission field.  Beginning with his first mission trip to New York City after 9/11, in 2001, James has since lead mission trips to New Orleans, Joplin and Indiana.  Internationally, he has lead mission teams in Nicaragua, Israel, Mexico, and Haiti.  Locally, James regularly leads service teams in Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Orange.

 

James lives in Riverside with his wife.  They have two beautiful daughters, a son-in-law and one adorable granddaughter.  He has worked for the State of California for over 20 years.  Both James and his wife host an in-home bible study; they attend and serve at a local church in Riverside.

DR. ROLANDO REGINO
PRESIDENT

Dr. Rolando Regino is President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Frontline Missions.  He joined Frontline in 2012 soon after its inception.  Prior to joining Frontline, he served the Lord for many years as a youth pastor, assistant pastor, and community outreach coordinator.  He has taught new beginners in the faith and church as well as in-home bible studies.  As a linguist, he has also translated ministry materials into a foreign language.  His missions work has taken him to the Middle East, Far East, Mexico and Haiti.

 

Dr. Regino currently works for Riverside Community College District overseeing their distance education training and operations.  He and his wife have two grown daughters and a one-year old granddaughter.  They serve in a local church in the greater Riverside area hosting an in-home bible study.

TONY DANG
VICE PRESIDENT

Tony Dang is Vice President of the Board of Directors for Frontline Missions.  He has been a worship leader, bible study teacher, communication coordinator, and photographer for several churches.  As a worship leader for Frontline, he also is the photographer and videographer.

 

Tony lives in the Fountain Valley area and works as a project manager for an engineering firm located in Los Angeles. He says, “After my first mission trip with Frontline Missions, what I learned and knew about the bible became a reality.” Because of this, Tony continues to accompany the teams on mission trips for Frontline.

BRENDA FLORES
SECRETARY/ TREASURER

Brenda Flores is Secretary for Frontline Missions.  Her husband, James Flores, began the ministry in 2011, when they saw a need for Christians to come together to serve the Lord through missions (locally and abroad).  Brenda is also the Assistant Director – Business Administration of the Facilities & Planning Services department at California Baptist University (CBU).  Through mission trips and days of service, Brenda has served locally (Riverside, Highland and Los Angeles), nationally (New Orleans and Baltimore) and internationally (Mexico, Canada, Haiti and Taiwan).

 

Brenda is married with two daughters (one married), and has one grandchild. She and her husband reside in Riverside, California. She serves in her church’s Children’s Ministry department and enjoys travelling for missions’ work with her husband.

IRMA FLORES
BOARD MEMBER

Irma Flores is an active board member for Frontline Missions. She has been a Government and Community Affairs Consultant since 2001. She started her career at Southern California Edison where she gained extensive experience in the Public and Legislative Affairs Department. After leaving Edison she worked as the founding Executive Director of the Children’s Spine Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on spinal healthcare for the underserved. She also spent three years working for the U.S. Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Business Center in Riverside. She has also worked for a Congressional leader and has served as a professional fundraiser for many political campaigns.

 

In her spare time Irma enjoys new and adventurous activities; seeking great food experiences, cooking for friends and family; swimming, a good movie, reading cook books, and being spontaneous. Her brother, James Flores, began Frontline Missions.  Above all, she loves her time with God and her family.

Rick manages the content on the Frontline website, promotes mission trips, and when the need arises leads missions trips to Mexico.
